Founded in 2004, Nexus is an award-winning production company based in New York City. We specialize in creating high-quality commercials, branded content, music videos, and original films. Our team of directors, producers, and visual storytellers is driven by a commitment to craft bold, cinematic work that resonates.
Whether developing an original narrative or collaborating with a brand, every project begins with a strong story. Sudeep Kanwal
Sudeep is a New York–based filmmaker with roots in India, specializing in writing and directing fiction. A graduate of the City College of New York’s MFA program in Film, his acclaimed short film Silent Wave screened at 23 festivals across the U.S., earning multiple awards and nominations. His follow-up short, Dhund, premiered at the 2018 Mumbai Film Festival, winning in the Perfect 10 category.
Sudeep’s first feature film, Privacy, co-produced by Mumbai’s art-house studio Fundamental Pictures, premiered at BiFan in South Korea and is now completing its festival run as he prepares for distribution. Known for his sharp storytelling and distinctive vision, Sudeep continues to create impactful cinema that resonates internationally.
Vishesh Sharma
With over a decade of experience, Vishesh specializes in creating dynamic videos—from social media ads to pitch reels—for iconic brands such as Mercedes, BVLGARI, Vogue, and Nutella. His expertise in video editing and videography has helped clients secure major accounts while pioneering the use of innovative tools like DaVinci Resolve and Frame IO to enhance production workflows.
He is also the co-founder of Kalakars.org, a creative collective dedicated to empowering South Asian artists, with projects featured at Cannes and collaborations with acclaimed filmmakers including Taika Waititi and Mira Nair.
In addition to his commercial work, Vishesh has produced award-winning independent short films that explore compelling human stories. Throughout his career, he strives to craft narratives that push creative boundaries and leave a lasting impact.
